All machines are free shipping to your door.

We stock the most popular machines in CA/NJ/NY warehouse, and can be sent it directly if you are from US. For other customers, we can ship it from our factory directly.

We ship equipment on the same or the next day after receiving the order. We inspect the package and test the machine before sending it out to the customer. It takes about 5-10 days to your door by UPS/DHL/FedEx.

1. How is a machine packaged?

The laser equipment is shipped in wooden crates and the EDM machine is shipped in carton box. All machines are packed with styrofoam inside to protect fragile components. Please don’t worry, we have the professional packaging team that can take care of your machine well.

2. How long is the shipping by sea freight?

Larger machines are shipped by sea freight. Typically, it takes from 6 to 10 weeks. We can help you to arrange the delivery directly to your location.

3. Do I have to import the machine myself and pay Tariffs or Customs fees?

For US/canada/Australia/German customers, all machines are delivered on DPD terms (Duty Paid Delivery). You don’t need to do anything, just wait for the machine at your door.
